How We Got Here
He's been interested in photography since high school. She introduced him to camping on their honeymoon. After more than three decades together dabbling in both of these pursuits, we decided to make them a significant part of our lifestyle.
In 2022, we sold the lawn and garden equipment, donated everything we didn't need, loaded the dogs into the Jeep and moved to Colorado. We live part time in a normal house and part time on the trail.

While we attempt to identify many of our subjects, we are not botanist, entomologists, marine biologists, etc. We learn by taking photos then trying to identify our subject. Sometimes we discover they are rare species but more often we find out they are foreign invasive species. We hope you always find them to be interesting. If we have misidentified something please let us know in the comments.
