Blood Moon

We drove out Highway 90 (otherwise know as the Rimrocker Trail) on Sunday night to get a few shots of the lunar eclipse with a few interesting rocks in the foreground. Nice evening! The weather forecast called for clouds but we went anyway. Sometimes it's best just to ignore the weather forecast and get out anyway. Both of us came back with a few cactus thorns in our shoes and legs. That's the hazard of running around at night in a semi-arid landscape.
