Philippe

What caught my eye (and ear): Philippe! It’s difficult to miss a male grouse trying very hard to attract as much attention as possible. While this was taken last year, the snow is starting to melt here and soon he will be at it again.

Unfortunately, Philippe doesn’t seem to know that the female grouse here are all sharpies; he is a dusky. If only he would fly across the reservoir where the other duskys are he might have a chance.
